SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPMENTS IN THE U.S.:

All Birdie Parker items will usually ship within a week. During busy holiday times (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), this timeframe may be longer. Please choose a shipping method that will work best within your desired timeline.  Occasionally, we can accommodate rush orders for a small additional fee.  Please contact us at hello@birdieparker.com to inquire.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Please be aware that delivery times vary greatly depending on your country's custom practice and can take up to 4 weeks. Your country may impose Import fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties at the time of delivery, and those fees are NOT included in the purchase price of your items. Please contact your local custom authority for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs, or an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping/return fee in addition to deducting shipping and return costs. 

Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it is no longer under our control and is now your responsibility. All items are shipped USPS First Class and have tracking numbers. We are not liable for items lost/damaged/delayed during shipping. Any package with contents valuing over $250 will include insurance. You will be provided with all tracking info so you can keep tabs on shipping progress. If there is an issue with your package, contact USPS first, and then message me if an insurance claim needs to be filed. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your items valued below $250, please let us know and we can get that added onto your order. Lastly, please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we are not responsible for orders mailed out to an incorrect address.  Thank you.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Exchanges and returns on new and unworn jewelry are accepted within seven (7) days of customer receipt. After 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. All products returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% re-stocking fee) will be provided only if the item has no signs of wear and tear. Please note that the product must be returned unworn and in original packaging including all tags. Custom, sale and discounted jewelry sales are final and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange.

If a product is defective, we will pay for the return shipping OR send a replacement part whenever possible.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returned items and will be refunded once returned item is received. Tracking and insurance is recommended for return shipping. 

Birdie Parker Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items being returned.  Please contact us prior to shipping your return so we can anticipate your package delivery.

CUSTOM WORK:

We do not do custom work.  However, should you desire small changes to existing designs, such as: raw metal instead of a patinated piece, or mixing and matching design motifs, we will consider it.  Contact us via email to start a conversation.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Birdie Parker Designs does not share customer information. If you've opted-in for our newsletter you may unsubscribe at any time. Credit cards are processed securely using Shopify payments, and we do not have access to credit card information.
